Dates for 2010 are now posted, a few less Sundays and a few more week days mainly down to noise. NOISE is now a priority for all Sunday track days and to ensure it dosn't spread it is imperative that we all do our bit to adhere to the requirements. There will be constant trackside noise monitoring and bikes will be statically tested when deemed necessary. If you can't meet the noise requirements you will not be on track and there will be NO exceptions. Lots of riders didn't bother getting a Db killer for the first date and those that couldn't get below 105db were not permitted on track. Its not expensive and the vast majority of bikes suffered negligable power loss some actually stated the bike had more midrange!
ALL BIKES MUST HAVE A DB KILLER FITTED AND BE BELOW 105DB ON STATIC TEST.
DO NOT BOOK A DATE IF YOU CAN'T OR DOUBT YOUR BIKE WILL PASS
CANCELLATION POLICY - 7+days full
refund (ie Sunday track day cancel by previous Sunday)
4-7 days 50% refund (ie Sunday track day - before the previous
Wednesday)
ANYTIME after the previous Wednednesday FULL PAYMENT NO REFUND.
Make sure you sign into the most suitable group, no more ego
trips or riders who think they are faster than they are. Slower
bikes naturally go in slower groups if in doubt ask.
Noise IS an issue at the track on Sundays so please when
coming to and from the track do so with some respect for the local
community, when at the track do not warm up the bikes until a
few minutes before the first session, thanks.
If you must bring children then they MUST
be supervised at all times and not allowed to play/wander in the
paddock or buildings alone.
NO DOGS ALLOWED, RULES OF THE TRACK AND INSURANCE
The above regulations will be enforced so please adhere to them.
The 500MRCI run test days for ALL RACE
bikes (no road bikes) usually one per month if you need more info
contact me, 2010 TBC.
One last thing, wheelies, there are to be NONE, end of story.
YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!
Any views, comments or
ideas for future track days are welcome.
